As your business grows, your systems need to grow with it. The Develop phase is an ongoing Fractional COO Partnership to refine what's working, update or expand documentation as things change, and provide strategy and advisory as we continue building your operational foundation as you scale.

Launch Independently

 Your team is trained. Your documentation is in Whale. You have everything you need to run — and to grow — on your own; provided you have someone on your team to take on the role and has the capacity to own it.

 

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION:

The operational foundation you've built through Discovery, Design, Deploy, and Drive represents a real investment — in time, in money, and in getting your business to a point where it can run without you. Like any system, it needs to be maintained and grown as your business evolves.
