Within 3 business days, you'll receive a written diagnostic report with findings, recommendations, and a suggested roadmap.

Step 4: Decide What's Next

You might take action on your own. You might decide to work with Funnel Forward. You might realize you need a different kind of help entirely. All of those are perfectly fine outcomes.

$750 CAD | $560 USD for the 90-minute session + written diagnostic report.

This fee is fully creditable toward any future Funnel Forward engagement (Foundation Build, Fractional Partnership).

No. This is a paid working session. You're paying for insight and recommendations—not a pitch. If working together long-term makes sense, we'll mention it. But the diagnostic stands on its own.

That's exactly who this is for. The diagnostic helps you figure out if and when you need bigger support—and what kind.

Absolutely. The report is yours to use however you see fit. Some clients implement the recommendations on their own. Others bring the findings to an internal team or another consultant. Both are fine.

The fee is non-refundable once the session is completed, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, let's talk. We're not interested in taking your money if you didn't get value.
