I always wanted to run my own business, but the right idea never quite clicked — until I took a step back to think about what I'd spent 14 years building: operational systems that turn chaos into clarity.

I joined a software company as its 5th employee and only salesperson. Over the years, I pioneered roles, shaped teams, and built the marketing, sales, and operations functions that helped the company scale — all the way to acquisition.

But here's what surprised me:

I thought I'd serve the tech world — it's what I knew. But when I started working with Aloft Group, a residential and commercial painting company, everything shifted. I saw an industry full of talented, hardworking business owners who deserved the same operational foundation that tech companies take for granted — without the jargon, bloat, or seven-figure budgets.

That's when it clicked.

Trades and home services businesses need systems that work for how they actually operate — processes that don't require an MBA, and operational excellence that makes your business easier to run, more predictable to grow, and less dependent on you holding everything together.

But here's what really differentiated me from other consultants:

I didn't just tell my clients what to do—I executed alongside them.

I built their documentation. I set up their CRMs. I analyzed their data. I trained their teams. I created the systems, SOPs, and processes they needed to scale.

That hands-on approach became my differentiator.

Most consultants deliver strategy decks and disappear. I roll up my sleeves and become part of the team—diagnosing root causes, prioritizing what matters most, and executing improvements directly into the business.

What I bring isn't just a methodology — it's 14 years of real-world experience building and implementing revenue operations from the ground up. Not advising. Actually building. I've spent my career optimizing how businesses capture, track, and grow revenue — and I bring that same hands-on execution to every trades and home services business I work with.

For lean contractor teams, I become extra bandwidth — doing the diagnostic work, building the systems, and implementing the changes so you don't have to figure it out while still running the business. And because I'm always working from the data, I don't just find operational inefficiencies — I find the revenue leaks most owners don't know they're losing.

Everything I do is focused on what actually moves the needle: a more profitable business, a stronger operation, and a foundation that's ready for whatever comes next — including the day you're ready to sell.

I love working with businesses near the beginning of their growth journey—where hands-on implementation makes the biggest impact.

As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I know what it takes to push for goals most people won't commit to. I also know what it means to work as a team toward something bigger than yourself.

When I'm not operationalizing businesses:

You'll find me at the gym, playing pickleball, or taking naps (I get that from my dad). I love my cold brew coffee in the morning and consume way too much content on efficiency, leadership, and business culture.

And when I need to recharge? I'm traveling — ideally somewhere with mountains. The drive from Jasper to Banff to Canmore to Calgary is my favourite. There's something about those views that makes everything feel possible.
