Fractional COO Partnership: Ongoing retainer-based partnership. Best if your operations are already structured and you need ongoing refinement, optimization, and senior-level operational leadership. Custom pricing. Minimum 3-month commitment.

Our entry point is the Growth Ops Diagnostic, available in two tiers:

Rapid: $750 CAD | $560 USD. A 60-minute focused working session plus a written report covering your top operational gaps and a prioritized starting point.

Comprehensive: $1,500 CAD | $1,125 USD. A 90-minute deeper working session with a more complete written report including full diagnostics, priorities, and a recommended roadmap.

The Diagnostic fee is creditable toward any future engagement if you decide to move forward.

From there, the Operations Foundation Build starts at $5,000 CAD for Discovery. The Fractional COO Partnership is custom-priced with a minimum 3-month commitment.

It depends on which path you take and where your business is starting from.

Growth Ops Diagnostic: You'll have clarity within a few business days of your session, including a written report outlining your top operational gaps, priorities, and a suggested starting point. Some gaps are actionable right away.

Operations Foundation Build: Each phase is structured and sequenced intentionally.

  • Discovery (5-6 weeks): A clear picture of what's broken and where to focus first
  • Design (4-12 weeks): A documented blueprint before anything is built
  • Deploy (5-8 weeks): Systems built and configured inside your tools
  • Drive (4-9 weeks): Team trained and everything documented for handoff

Fractional COO Partnership: The first period of engagement is focused on getting embedded, prioritizing gaps, and building momentum. Improvements compound over time.

Bottom line: We're not here for quick fixes. Sustainable growth takes time and we're committed to building it the right way.

 

No. Each phase builds on the last, but you can stop at any point.

Discovery and Design are both required if you're starting the Operations Foundation Build, these two phases create the clarity and blueprint you need before building anything.

Deploy and Drive are optional. Some clients take the Design blueprint and implement it themselves (or with their team). Others continue with us through Deploy and Drive for full implementation and team enablement.

After completing the Foundation Build, some clients transition to our Fractional COO Partnership for ongoing support. Others feel confident running their operations independently. Both are perfectly fine outcomes.

We'll never pressure you into the next phase.

Within the Operations Foundation Build path: No.

If you're starting the Foundation Build, Discovery and Design are both required. These phases create the diagnostic insights and strategic blueprint that make Deploy and Drive effective. Skipping them leads to poorly designed systems that don't stick.

However, if your operations are already structured and you don't need foundational setup, you might be a better fit for our Fractional COO Partnership instead.
